To return an item, please email customer service at email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address specified with your RMA number: Plenty Electronics [Attn: Returns] [RMA #] Street Address City, State Zip or Postal Code
*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package if provided. Return shipping charges will not be paid or reimbursed by us. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Plenty Electronics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Plenty Electronics will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2-3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
