Which payment methods are accepted by our website?

We currently accept all major credit cards, debit cars with credit card logos on them and PayPal.

Is my credit card information secure?

We use an ssl certificate which is secure for all payment methods done over the internet. Look at the lock in your search bar. There should be one to the left of the “plentyelectronics.com“. This is too secure and encrypt your personal information. We also work with brands like Stripe and Paypal to ensure your information is secure at all times.

What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are displayed in USD .

What are your shipping options ?

Free shipping on orders over $35. 

Flat rate: 7-23 business days

Express: 2-10 business days

Can I expedite shipping?

We offer expedited shipping on all product offers. Pricing depends on the weight and size of the item.

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How do I know if my order was shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I didn't receive my order yet?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at hello@plentyelectronics.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
 
Lost or Stolen Packages
 
Plenty Electronics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Plenty Electronics will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Why am I receiving a text or being asked for more information about my order?

At random times, we may ask you for further information photo ID or confirm your order by phone. If your order raises some red flags.
