Your order should take 2-3 days to verify information and fulfill your order. Following this process your package should be shipped to you. Delivery time is dependent on your country, weather and other factors like holidays. Please allow 10 to 15 business days before contacting us about your package.

Your satisifaction is of utmost importance to us. You will receive a full refund if the item comes with quality issues or is broken. You are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days from purchase. In the event you need to change or cancel your order give us notice as soon as possible. Contact us by phone or email. In the subject line of the email write Urgent and specify your order number so that we can prioritize you accordingly. Note that if the order hasn't shipped your order will be cancelled and refunded. If the item has shipped you assume responsibility to send back the item before changes or exchanges can be made.

Some items in our store are available for back order. You can still place the order if we are not able to restock the item. You will be notified or reimbursed when restock occurs.
